None of the Rainbow people were there when we arrived and we ended up paying some other person to assist us. Rainbow is a no no for me and I will display this all over and hope they enjoy my pre-payment.

Good Day, This is false advertising as you have to park your vehicle and collect it at a specific level at the airport, whilst this is advertised as meet and greet where you departure and arrive.

Great service and a worthwhile option that I will be using again. Perhaps in the original communication online, advise to go to level 3H in the parking to drop-off and collect your vehicle as this is not a terminal drop-off and pick up, but super convenient to use none the less.

The website said meet and greet, yet when when we got to departures, we were told to drop the car off at a parade (which was tricky to find). I phoned when we got off the plane, and phoned again when we got our bags. After the second phone call, we waited more than 30mins for our car at arrivals. We're also just told 'arrivals', so I phoned again to give a more specific location. We did not have a good experience and will not use them again.
