On your departure: drive towards the port and when you are approximately 20 minutes away from the port terminal, call the car park on the number in your booking voucher and a driver will be sent to pick your car up from the ''N Shed'' drop and go area. On your return: the driver will meet you at the port with your vehicle.

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation. To view the location of the car park, please see the map on the website.Important
Please note that this service is for valet parking only. You will hand over your car at the port to an employee of Durban Parking Services who will drive it away to the company's own secure compound for storage until you return. You do not accompany the driver to the car park or make your own way there.Also please note that, although ParkVia does not charge any extra, if you are paying by American Express you may be charged a currency conversion fee by the online Merchant (Moneybookers).

We parked at the MSC terminal as the guard ensured us it was the correct place. We had to pay again after our trip. Not happy.
