Excellent Friendly service

It's changed drop off area but still fairly easy, just be aware you have to pay car park fee's on the way out, this add's money to the total. Good service though, we have used before and would use again.

We thought we had paid for meet and greet at the front of the airport.The company changed there procedure 24 hrs before we were due to fly.We had to go to the car park on level 5,down to level 4 to meet representative then walk across bridge.It was too much walking for us as I have a disability hence the reason for booking meet and greet right outside

The confirmation email said drop off at Costa and collect at Costa. The night before departure I was advised I had to drive to carpark. After much discussion they agreed to honour the contract - both drop off and collection. On arrival to collect car, despite receiving a WhatsApp message that day to say they will meet me at Costa, afte a 20 minute wait and contacting them, they said the car was in the car park. They advised me the change in drop off and collection happened months ago and I proved that was incorrect as I did the drop off and collect at Costa in December.

When we picked our car up, with other companies we call them 10 minutes before we need the car/exit the airport building, and they bring it to the front of the airport building. Our usual companies were fully booked over christmas so we had to try another. We called them as per instruction but the car was already there and had been there for some time so we got an extra bill on top of what we had paid as the woman led us to the payment machine. That in itself was wierd and the first time its happened in the 8 years we have been here using the airport weekly. The woman then took us in the lift and on exit she said, 'I dont quite know where your car is' So we had to look for our own car. She then left us and took the exit ticket with her so we couldnt exit. She had to come all the way back to us to give us the ticket. I found the experience clumsey and the staff unhelpful, we wont be using them again unless we really need to..
