Park and Trip Faro

Slight issue using the code to get out. Couldnt get it to register although did eventually. Maybe move the reader out of direct sunlight?

NO SE LO QUE OCURRIO, PERO TUVE QUE APARCAR EN P3, Y PAGAR AL RECOGER EL VEHICULO, SI NO PAGAGA NO PODIA SALIR.

I had no problems except the Q code reader was a bit slow to pick the code from my phone. Will use again.

I was not able to access the car park. There was no one there and no one answered the phone. Horrible experience. I will never use this service again. I paid for this in advance.

Perdimos el viaje de ida porque no se abría la barrera del parking. El QR que nos facilitaron no permitía el acceso . Reclamamos el dinero 460 euros que nos costó la compra de nuevos billetes de ida para Edimburgo.

No pude dejar el coche en el Parking reservado. No me enviaron ningñun código QR para poder acceder. En los números de teléfono que indican no hay nadie. No te atienden. Tuve que meter el coche en el Parking larga distancia del aeropuerto. Experiencia catastrófico. No lo recomiendo para nada. Calificación cero. Un desastre.

I had a big problem entering and exiting the car park. I was not sent a QR code, I checked all my emails but no code. The person behind me also had no code sent to him. Therefore we could not enter, luckily the man behind us pulled the plug out that powered the barrier and it went up. There was no one around to ask and no one would answer the phone. The day later I sent an email explaining my situation and that I needed a QR code to get out, I was given a ticket number to get a response but nobody ever came back to me. When I came back to the car park after my trip I had the same problem. After several attempts to get someone on the telephone finally they answered and let me out 20 minutes after I had arrived. This is poor service and a bad exit and entry system especially as they don't seem to send out a QR code with all emails, a ANPR system would be much better. Next time I will find an easier car park.

La experiencia no la recomiendo para nada ,llegamos el 28 de Febrero y la valla del aparcamiento estaba abierta y no había nadie en la casetilla ,así que decidimos aparcar donde pudimos ,como llovía a mares llamamos para que nos llevaran y la respuesta fue que no estaba disponible el traslado ,y si leéis en el contrato tieneTRASLADO INCLUIDO,a la vuelta el día 3 de marzo volvía a llover a mares y llamamos para que nos recogiera y nos respondieron que no podían ,con lo cabrearos empezamos a andar con las maletas y llegamos al coche empapados de agua por lo que estaba lloviendo y por supuesto en la oficina no había nadie,al salir esta vez la vaya estaba bajada por lo que no podíamos salir ,contactamos por fin con un operario por teléfono quien nos abrió la vaya y pudimos salir . NO SE OS OCURRA CONTRATAR ESTE PARKING PORQUE NO HAY NADIE EN LA OFICINA Y LO DEL TRASLADO ES UN ENGAÑO.Puntuo con un 1 porque no hay 0

A la entrada del parking tuvimos que esperar un poco porque el lector no nos leía el código, pero por lo demás todo estupendo.

Impossible d’entrer dans le parking

Reserva el Viernes en Park and Trip - Faro y al llegar al parking no había nadie, solo una valla automática, tras pasar varias veces por el lector el QR como se indicaba no se abría la valla, igualmente llame varias veces al número del parking y nadie cogía el tlf. Finalmente tuve que dejar el coche fuera, me gustaría presenta una queja forma a la empresa, al igual que haré una demanda formal para obtener el reembolso del dinero que ascendía a 25€, espero que se solucione.
