JetPark Lisbon Airport - Meet and Greet

On our arrival back in Lisbon, the driver was not at the pick-up point. I telephoned him and he said he was on the way. I asked him how many minutes away he was and he absolutely yelled at me saying, "I'M COMING!" Upin his arrival he got out if the car, handed over the keys and just casually walked away stretching and rubbing his back. Definitely a very strange man without, it appears, any interpersonal skills. I have used your services over the years but I would definitely NOT pay for this service again should this I have to have contact with this individual. Gloria.

My reservation in park via wasn’t forwarded to the actual parking service although I paid and got a receipt. I’m still waiting for a reply about my refund, total disappointed!

Service as advertised. Used the valet parking option a d it worked on time and the car was returned in good condition. It was already dusty outside so didn't matter to me if it was outdoor parking. I would use in future trips when needed.

Todo perfecto. Totalmente recomendable.

Greeting at airport on return was not as expected- it was not explained clearly that the car did not go to airport to greet as was expected but that we were taken by bus to depot. This is not explained on the website and therefore it was misleading.

I booked the valet service. Drop off was perfect, pick up was not good at all so it's difficult to fill in the form above.
