Experiencia terrible. Reservé el mismo día que iba a volar. Al llegar a la ubicación, no había ningún letrero que indicara dónde estacionar, solo una cantidad enorme de puertas diferentes y ni una sola señal. Nadie devolvió la llamada ni contestó el teléfono. Al final, tuve que ir de urgencia al estacionamiento del aeropuerto para no perder el vuelo. Además, a pesar de que decía “cancelación gratuita”, no fue posible cancelar sin costo alguno. En mi cuenta simplemente aparecía un error, y cuando contacté al soporte me dijeron que solo se podía cancelar con 48 horas de antelación. Una locura. Es puro marketing engañoso. No solo casi perdimos el vuelo, sino que tampoco devolvieron el dinero. No lo recomiendo.

Took 35mins to get it back however, the guys were friendly and tried to help as best they could. I guess they were just busy.that night .

I use this service frequently. When I return, I regularly have to wait too long in the car park after a long day of travel. I wish you had an app which we could use to inform of landing for a more efficient recovery without a language barrier. Also, it would be brilliant to be able to track your vehicle coming to the carpark rather than waiting in the hot sun, and in hope it will come soon!!

The service was a bit Solar this time st drop off and pickup, with waiting times of around 20min at drop off and 30 min at pickup.
