Gold Parking - Meet and greet

He usado este servicio de parking a menudo en el aeropuerto y está ha sido la peor con diferencia. Para entregar el coche, estuvimos esperando 20 minutos y, ya no me cogían ni el teléfono. De pronto apareció un hombre sin ninguna identificación y me dijo que le diera las llaves del coche, que el nos lo recogía, sin darme un recibo y sin darme nada. Yo no sabía a quien le daba el coche, pero era eso o perder el avión. El regreso más de lo mismo; llame y me dijeron que tendríamos que esperar entre 15 y 20 min para que nos trajeran el coche. Después de 30 min de espera, volví a llamar y me dijeron que el coche estaba ya en camino. Después de esperar 40 min.finalmente me entregaron el coche. Yo no vuelvo a contratar esta empresa más. No la recomiendo de ninguna manera

La recogida fue perfecta; la entrega tuvimos que esperar unos minutos, pero fuimos informados y atendidos en todo momento.

Immer wieder gern

Had to modify the original booking due to a bereavement whilst we were away. Never had to modify a booking online half way through being away before but it worked. Miguel at Parkvia Malaga who did Meet and Greet at both Vehicle Delivery and Collection was a great help and wonderful advert for Parkvia .

No I will bot recommend because I sent and email about my 1 week early return no answer. I sent message to whatsapp line no answer. Carpark worker told me if ı book again by them there will be diacount and I dis again nothing

We had to wait 45 minutes when we dropped the car off as the guy wasn’t ready even after phoning to say we were 20 minutes away. Then he sent a message saying to just leave my car unlocked with the key inside and someone will collect it. We was not going to do that so had to wait 45 minutes for the guy to come and collect it from us. Once we landed back after a couple of days, I phoned to say we had collected our bags and he said he would be 15 minutes. We then waited over an hour for them to give us our car back. Not good service at all

The pickup upon departure took 35 minutes from notification. The return deliver took 55 minutes from notification. The staff member's excuse was he has lots of work. When we complained he was verbally abusive and threw the keys on the roof. We live in Spain and use parking services frequently as do our friends. This was totally unacceptable!
