Al reservar tuve un problema se congelo la pantalla antes del finalizar. No tenia confirmacion de la reserva pero si cargaron el coste que fue imposible anular sin disfrutar del servicio

I did not leave my car with this provider because from their publicity I understood that the parking was next to the airport and after booking the car park with them I came to realize that there is a person that will drive my car to a street that has no surveillance. I could not cancel and lost the money, they did call me a lot on the day of my flight but I did nat hear the phone nor did I want to answer their call.

Should be entitled to a refund since my car broke down on the way to the airport and i didnt make it to the carpark. I did inform the office that i had broken down and couldnt make it there.
