Luck Parking

We had to wait an hour and a half for the car to be returned. Also the operator kept telling us the car would arrive in 5 minutes. Very dissapointing.

The Luck Parking people could not care less, literally. It took over 20mins at drop off and an hour at pick up. I followed the instructions, but they do not provide the service. I will never use Luck Parking again.

I booked several days before flying and read the procedure I should follow before the flight. Twenty minutes from the airport, as instructed, I informed Luckparking via WhatsApp and received a message straight away saying ‘ok’. On arrival at Express parking I, again, messaged and called many times, but received no reply. After a extremely stressful half an hour I asked a man at the entrance if he recognised my Luckparking paperwork. He worked for Luckparking and had been waiting for me. He said the company only responded to telephone calls and not WhatsApp, despite them answering my earlier message. When I collected the car I called at baggage reclaim and was told the car would be delivered in 10 minutes. It actually took 20 mins, so we had to wait for a short while. In hindsight, if I use Luckparking again, I could avoid the car collection mixup by phoning the company without using a messaging service. Then, hopefully, it wouldn’t be so stressful.

Great service but no English spoken at all so a level of Spanish necessary.

Contentisimos con Luck Parking. Puntuales en la recogida y entrega dl coche. Y recien limpiado cuando lo recogimos. Es la segunda vez k lo utilizamos y repeteria siempre con ellos. Son ademas muy amables

Used meet and greet and phoned 20 minutes before , as requested, but had to chase them up after waiting at the drop off for over 10 minutes. Collecting car was no problem

Great service. We used 'meet & greet'. It took all the hassle out of trying to find the car park ... especially for an overnight flight ✈️. We will use the service again.
