Park and Go Malaga

Es war nicht das erste Mal mit Park & go und es war wie immer, freundlich, schnell und unproblematisch.

Es la segunda vez y todo bien

I have used this parking many times before and never had a problem, however on this occasion I was told I needed to move my car to another site, despite the fact I was parked in a space. This caused unnecessary stress.

Very helpful staff

As I left the car park I inadvertently left the premises without paying, I was expecting a ticket barrier which wasn't possible. Immediately I returned to the car park to pay, was charged three pounds for ten minutes with no facility to pay the original overnight stop. Having contacted by email the Head office to request and arrange payment they inform me I have to go back to Birmingham and input information into the ticket machine at the car park.. I am now back in Spain. I have been told they can't take a payment any other way?? I will now receive a fine which will go to the car hire company which will also incur a charge! Obviously very disappointed and dissatisfied. Would welcome some kind of response. Mark Bailey
