Parking General P1 AENA Aeropuerto de Málaga

Ausfahrt klappt nicht immer, in sechs fällen nur dreimal.

Worse parking experience ever. The Parkvia ap sent us straight to the Express parking, which this was our first time to Malaga airport we had no clue. We parked and took our week long trip only to not be able to find out car upon return. Our car had been towed by airport security for parking in wrong lot. €400+ later and after they ng to find out car for 2 hours, we retrieved our car. The airport security stated this was not the first time they had problems with Parkvia. We had booked online for €77. The lot we were directed to charged €60/day. If the GPDe had sent to General parking like it said, out charge would have been €20/day. This was the worst parking experience ever and I will ever use Parkvia again.

Very expensive, drop your price

Después de pagar por adelantado por confiar en vosotros me llevasteis el coche con grúa a otro sitio y me cobrasteis un dineral por rescatarlo; pondré una reclamación y dudo que vuelva a confiar en Parkvia

Paid for my reservation but did not work so had to pay again at the airport

The coordinates issued on the booking voucher coincided with Malaga express car park.Not P1 general.We therefore parked in wrong car park by mistake.We subsequently had car towed away and had to pay for release.We contacted ParkVia via WhatsApp and email and after five days we still have not received any reply.VERY POOR service.

Para salir debería bastar la lectura de la matrícula, sin tener que introducir el tiket

NEIN, NEIN, NEIN! Mangels ordentlicher Beschreibung hatte ich das falsche Parkhaus erwischt, obwohl der Agent vor der ersten Schranke mir ausdrücklich versicherte, dass ich hier richtig sei. So musste ich € 472 zusätzlich zur Vorauszahling von € 82 bezahlen. Meine Email-Anfrage um Unterstützung wurde nicht beantwortet. Danke, für nicht nicht mehr!

Es muss eine Parkkarte gezogen werden und mit dem vorhandenen Code identisch sein. Diese Parkkarte beim Verlassen wieder benutzen.

Was perfect very easy

The instructions for dropping the vehicle were incorrect. No indication at the airport of P1 parking. The parking was P2 and a ticket must be taken. Except for that my experience was good & I'll use Parkvia again.

Wrong information Bad Service Fraudulent

Después de pagar 48€ por dos días , hice exactamente lo que pone en la reserva. Use las coordenadas de ubicación que te envían en la reserva. Cuando quise salir del parking me hicieron pagar 147€ . Llamé 3 veces y estuve en espera una media de 18 minutos. Bajé y hablé con parking y me dijeron que pagara y después reclamara. Nadie me ha contestado aún. He pagado 200€ por dos días de parking . Hice todo lo que ponen en la reserva. Pregunté al personal de allí del parking y es algo muy habitual esto. Jamás volveré a dejar el coche y haré e iré donde sea para que me devuelvan el dinero.
