Media hora esperando el coche a la entrega desde que llamamos por tfno avisando de que ya estábamos saliendo de la terminal con el equipaje. casi 25 minutos esperando en la zona de encuentro. Varias llamadas de tfno con escaso resultado. Servicio regular, nada más.

Upon our return, driver was quite rude and a little aggressive in his attitude. We thought there was some minor damage, to the car body work, but he wouldn’t entertain any discussion, shot off very quickly. Such an attitude isn’t what you want, after being tired from 24 hrs plus travelling.

Told me they don’t speak English and than hung up on me. We still went to the airport to meet them where we were designated to and there was no one there. Absolutely disgraceful service and made us nearly miss our flight. Also cost us a fortune as we had to put our car in the long term car park as we had no other option. Avoid at all costs.

Parking sur were insisting that I hadn't paid meet and greet despite it saying meet and greet on ticket, do arrived very late to pick up car after loads of calls costing lots of money on calls and resulting in a stressful and very rushed time in airport - really not great service this time!!!

Easy to amend and friendly service. Car was returned “sparkling” condition. Would use again and value for money. Didn’t use the transfer service as I booked meet and greet

It's a first class service that we use whenever we fly out from Malaga Airport.
