It took ages for the car to be delivered to us, and when it was the driver instead we paid for the parking (again, already paid for in the app). This dispute is ongoing, even though they admit the double charging, no money has been sent back to either the credit card or bank account details that I provided

Good meet and greet dropping off my car but had to wait 25 minutes to pick up car on arrival

Todo fue perfecto, la verdad. Un servicio maravilloso. Repetiré sin duda. He puesto un 1 en el servicio de traslado porque no me deja enviar la encuesta sin calificar todas las preguntas, y no me parece bien poner una calificación a un servicio que no he utilizado, así que como no me deja valorarlo lo dejo en el 1. Pero vamos, todo estupendo.

Muy atentos y ágiles Mi vuelo llegó con retraso yno hubo ningún problema en la recogida. Sin duda contaré con ellos en la próxima .

The car wasn't ready for pickup so after arriving at 1 am with my family and 2 young children we had to wait 40 minutes for the car.

Used meet & greet. Had to wait 20 minutes for the driver to turn up to collect the car in spite of phoning 20 minutes before.! On return, we had fast efficient service. Hope the pick up was just a blip and will give them another chance
