Parking Vip Valet

Cuando entregué el coche, no tenía ni un solo arañazo en la parte trasera y cuando me lo entregaron estaban ambas esquinas traseras totalmente arañadas. He llamado numerosas veces y no responden. No se hacen cargo de los daños causados.

Servicio horrible, poca información de entrega del vehículo, 2 horas de espera para recoger el vehículo, estado sucio y con pintadas en el cristal. No daban explicaciones de la tardanza de la entrega, son unos informales y sin organización ninguna. De vergüenza que siga operando esta empresa,

Over an hour waiting for car when we landed and it was very dirty

Estuve esperando 60 minutos a que me devolvieran mi coche. El personal me dijo por telefono varias veces que serian solo 15, luego 10, luego 15 otra vez... un desastre muy descontento no solo con el retraso sino con la atencion.

Para entregar el vehiculo bien, para que nos lo devolvieran imposible, tuve que ir al parking despues de estar esperando 1,5H

Lamentable servicio. Tuve que esperar más de dos horas para que me devolvieran el coche. Ni tan siquiera atendían a las llamadas. De vergüenza

Worst meet and greet ever. Don't know how they can call themselves VIP.

The communication between the operators and us was poor upon arrival as we wanted to collect our vehicle. We had to wait more than 40minutes for our car to be returned and as we asked for updates and checked in with the operator we did not get an appropriate response or nothing at all. Very limited to no English language (WhatsApp translations had to be used). Customer service and communication needs improvement. Sadly won’t book again.

Muy bien servido, puntualidad a la entrega y recogida del vehículo.

Fatal parking vip valet, no reservar, tardan mas de 1,15 horas en devolver coche y el movil suele estar sin linea, . En parkvia ponia de puntuacion un 4,7 y en google un 1,8. Asi que tampoco hay que fiarse de parkvia. El problema es que solo tienen a una persona para hacer devolución de coches

Más que malo. Vip Valet ha resultado ser todo un fraude. 3 horas y media de espera para recuperar mi vehículo y, encima, aguantando malas formas del trabajador que se negaba a darnos hoja de quejas y reclamaciones y nos remitía a su plataforma. Un gánster mal educado que se rie de los clientes en su propia cara. Parkvía debería tener un filtro mínimo de calidad en los parkings que están en su página web. Esto me hace replantearme usar su plataforma en el futuro.

Experiencia malísima con el parking VIP valet Málaga. Estuvimos esperando la entrega del coche 3h y media. Otras personas estuvieron un tiempo similar, mínimo de 2 horas. Parkvia es responsable de la situación por trabajar con esta compañía.

If I could give a minus score I would! I was made to wait 90MINS for my car to be returned, with no explanation or updates as to when my car would arrive. It was extremely hot waiting outside all this time and my calls and messages were ignored, so I had no idea most of that time whether or if my car would be returned. I hope Parkvia are looking into this and will update my comments later if necessary, depending on the outcome. But I will NEVER use Parking VIP again. I cannot believe they'll be allowed to continue offering such an appalling service.

When arriving I called them and they told me 10-minutes. I then had to wait outside in the heat for 50-minutes before the car arrived. No explanation, no contact during the time. I called them 10-times but they just did not pick up. Completely ignored me. Stuff happens, that I can accept, but refusing to address or communicate was just totally bad.
