Parking Vip Valet

The car was already at the Express Parking when we called for arrival. We drive a Tesla and can see where the car is located. Well we just made it before the clerk was about to drive out for washing the car he told. I dont know what he was thinking, but we got the car, very dirty, but could not leave the Parking because he dident gave us a ticket. So we had to call him again and waitet for him to arrive to open the gate. The hole prosess was unproffesional set up. Everybody can make mistakes, but be friendly and help....

Will not being using this company again.Waited two hours to get car back,almost reported it stolen. Communication terrible and not even an apology. Be aware of this company.

Espere más de 20 minutos en la recogida y más de 20 en la entrega, tuve que pagar parking

It took ages for the car to be delivered to us, and when it was the driver instead we paid for the parking (again, already paid for in the app). This dispute is ongoing, even though they admit the double charging, no money has been sent back to either the credit card or bank account details that I provided

Good meet and greet dropping off my car but had to wait 25 minutes to pick up car on arrival

Todo fue perfecto, la verdad. Un servicio maravilloso. Repetiré sin duda. He puesto un 1 en el servicio de traslado porque no me deja enviar la encuesta sin calificar todas las preguntas, y no me parece bien poner una calificación a un servicio que no he utilizado, así que como no me deja valorarlo lo dejo en el 1. Pero vamos, todo estupendo.
