Gente profesional y muy amable. Se les puede llamar a cualquier hora y el coche lo entregaron con un pequeño lavado por fuera (que no sabía que lo hacían) por lo que puedo decir que lo entregaron más limpio de lo que yo lo dejé por fuera.

Cuando recogí el coche, pensaron que quería dejarlo, aunque se suponía que sabían que había aterrizado y estaba recogiendo mi coche. ¿Para qué anotaron mi número de vuelo? Luego esperé 30 minutos por mi coche y estaba super estresada. Entonces me di cuenta de que tenía huellas de barro en el coche. No me pareció estupendo.

La recogida fue caótica porque estábamos muchos vehículos y creo que haría falta más personal. La entrega fue rápida pero el empleado se fue tan rápido que no me dio tiempo a ver el estado del coche y tenía un arañazo. A veces lo barato sale caro.

El coche lo entregué en perfecto estado y cuando me lo devolvieron, se me entregó con las ventanillas bajadas y el asiento del conductor estaba totalmente mojado. Alcantara y piel del asiento mojado. Me he puesto en contacto con ustedes y aún estoy superando una respuesta.

The lot was muddy full of giant holes, there were no spaces that were available to park. The entire place was a dump and the people tending the dump were sketchy, chain smokers who I would never allow in my car. I decide not to park my car at that deplorable lot and should get a refund due to the dangerous, nasty and horrible conditions of the lot and the attendants. I would only recommend this parking lot to my best enemy.

El primer día la entrega fue rápida. El día de recoger el coche tener que llamar dos veces y esperar 45 minutos no estuvo bien.

Comodísimo, estaban esperando para recoger el coche, tan solo coger mi maleta y listo, muy atentos.

At arrival everything was perfect as usual and even more, with the staff helping me with forgotten sun glasses on the car. After that the whole thing went wrong. I've request a full car wash for 30€. Upon arrival, I've a phone call as agreed to let them know that I was back. Probably they've forgot to wash the car as I've waited half an hour and all they've done was just spraying the car and nothing more. Too bad for the 30€!!!
