I was advised in Spanish that they had not noticed my arrival, I could not contact said phone No from UK, on return the exit people where excellent in understanding my problem and shorted it out in quick time.

Booking was not registered at airport. Had to pay full fee to retrieve my car. Still waiting for reply /refund.

Could not find where to drop it off or anyone to help even though we were in P1 when dropping off or picking up. We had to pay for parking twice. Total rip off

I paid your fee, I received your reference/confirmation email...I followed your instructions, but the airport parking office had no trace of it. I contacted you, received a bog standard reply and nothing further. I had to pay again to get my car released from the car park on my return. I believe you now need to refund me the fee you took from my bank account. I have all receipts. A speedy reply would be appreciated

Leider mussten wir 15 € nachzahlen als wir unser Fahrzeug abgeholt haben,der Grund ist uns leider nicht bekannt denn wir waren genau zur angegebenen Zeit vor Ort und haben unser Fahrzeug wieder abgeholt.

Wenn jemand 3 Wochen bei Ihnen parkt sollte man bei 1 Stunde zu spät Abholung kein Geld verlangen
