Nikko Parking Gdansko oro uoste

hi, there was no one to meet me at the place when I arrived and when I departured as well (so anyone could probably take my car). So I just arrived to the parking found a place and parked my car. I called several times to the number from my registration paper but it was unavailable all the time. As I was in a hurry I need to run with my luggage 1,3 km to the airport (just imagine you are with kids:). So I was a bit stressed as I left my car in the middle of nowhere without any acceptance. When I returned, my car was there, so everything appeared to be allright. So even it was cheap option, I would never use that again as all 3 weeks I was thinking about my car or that it will be removed and I`ll not see it again. It was very bad experience connected to absolutely "0" user experience.

Korzystaliśmy z parkingu od 8.07 do 14.07.25 Parking w super lokalizacji i bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa jeśli chodzi o transfer na lotnisko.Polecam!

Nie dostałem się na parking ponieważ system sprzedał miejsca których nie było do tej pory nie dostałem zwrotu pieniedzy

Skandaliczna sytuacja! Dzień wcześniej otrzymałam z parkingu Nikko w Gdańsku wiadomość, że nie ma miejsc, bo wystąpił "błąd systemowy" i mam anulować rezerwację. Oczywiście zwrot pieniędzy w tym momencie niemożliwy. Ani Nikko ani ParkVia nie odpisali na reklamację.

Zarezerwowałem tam miejsce przez ParkVia ale kilka godzin przed odlotem otrzymałem informację, że nie mają tam miejsca dla mojego samochodu, żadnej alternatywnej propozycji nie otrzymałem, zwrotu kosztów też nie.
