The car park is located next to the West Railway Station with a convenient connection to the Chopin Airport which is 9 km away.

Travel time to the airport is approximately 15 to 30 minutes depending on the type of connection.

Everything seemed great — until it was time to leave. Our reservation was valid until 14:00, and we tried to exit at 13:40. To our surprise, the gate didn’t open, and we were forced to pay an extra 60 PLN for no clear reason. When I called support to ask what was going on, I was told — in Polish only — that they "only speak Polish." That’s incredibly frustrating, especially for a parking service that’s clearly used by international travelers. It honestly felt like a trap to charge extra at the last moment. There was no explanation, no assistance, and no interest in helping — just a demand for more money. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this parking to anyone.

smooth. Location a bit further away from Train Station. Need to walk may be around 1 km. Fully automated drive in and out. Was a smooth experience. Staff and Transfer not applicable, so selecting just random value here.
