We had no problems with the airport transfer, the guys were polite, their cars were functional and smelled good. The biggest problem was that the guys didn't speak English, so no information was given about where to wait for the park-and-ride back, so we had to get really tired and ask for help from people who spoke Polish. After an hour of waiting, we somehow found each other. I wish you good luck, guys, and my friendly suggestion is to invest a few zlotys in translating your brochure into English, where all the information would be written for the passenger. In that case, there would be no need to wander.
