Parkeerplaats Larga Estancia AENA Alicante Luchthaven

Sugerencia: mejorar las indicaciones de dónde está el parking de larga estancia una vez estás en el nivel 2. Estuvimos dando muchas vueltas para encontrarlo. A otros amigos les pasó igual. Mejorar las indicaciones de salida del parking de larga estancia pq están en obras y no se entiende bien por dónde está la salida.

Teníamos reserva hecha con antelación y pagada, así que leyó la matrícula y entramos y a la salida idem

Returned to a warning notice that I could have been towed away. Still not sure where I should have parked. I presumed the long stay car park was for everyone booked in. Didn't know there were allocated spaces, still not sure where they are.

Buchen, hinfahren, abgeben und wieder abholen einfach und problemlos. habe in voraus bezahlt und brauchte nur das Ticket unter den Scanner halten und die Schranke ging auf. Immer wieder!!

I had to pay 60€ more as I was in the wrong area. It was not clear instructions.

I have booked the long term parking at the Alicante airport. As presented on the scren shot below. Unfortunately, I was not able to enter the parking lot with the provided PIN code. There is no possibility to enter any codes. As an effect I was not allowed into the long term parking lot. As my departure to Barcelona was getting close, I had no choice but to go into the standard paring lot P1. There I paid additional 78EUR for the 3 days. Please refund the 78EUR I had to pay as an effect of your system not functioning properly. Thank you sincerely Marcin Bialobrzeski image6.jpegimage5.jpeg

Aun estando en obras y dejando el coche donde no debía, todo estuvo bien, la recogida el coche estaba donde lo dejé, y tanto la entrada al parking como la salida estuvo fácil y sin problemas, el personal de control correctísimo y servicial, espero tener que utilizarlo alguna vez mas.
