Zum ersten Mal bei ParkVia geparkt. Direkt am Flughafen zum günstigen Preis. Aber das Besondere war der Service. Ich hatte eine Doppelbuchung. Diese wurde ohne Probleme korrigiert. Vielen Dank. Ich parke gerne wieder dort. Aparcamos en ParkVia por primera vez. Directamente en el aeropuerto a un precio favorable. Pero lo especial fue el servicio. Tuve una doble reserva. Se corrigió sin problemas. Muchas gracias. Volveré a aparcar allí con mucho gusto.

The actual service was great, but the instructions and directions were not clear for a first time user - how to find the entrance to the parking, how to get to and from the parking on foot and how to validate your ticket

El parking esta un poco complicado de entrar mas que nada porque han cambiado la entrada y shora esta en la parte de atras,luego para moverte por dentro del parking es complicado ya que en medio de calles hay bolardos que no te dejan seguir y por último el vuelo llegó con retraso de una hora y poco y cuando llegamos a sacar el coche,sorpresa!! Habia que ir a pagar al cajero por penalizacion de no sacar el coche una hora mas tarde pagamos 11€ para poder salir del parking,pienso que podrian dar un margen de tiempo ya que no fue culpa nuestra sino de aena

Llame varias veces para ver como debía proceder a la hora de dejar el coche, imposible contactar. Al llegar si se abrio la barrera pero en estos momentos esta todo muy mal señalizado debido a las obra que se están realizando tanto para aparcar como para acceder a la terminal.

Had difficulty getting in and out of car park, had to seek help via ticket machine Car park poor, due to renovations and long walking diversion to airport.

Appalling service. I booked as it was cancelable and could be modified. The T &Cs do not allow changes within 24hrs so pointless. I ended up paying twice but then went to the wrong car park (my mistake) and ended up paying 159 euros for 3 days parking. Never again.

Easy to get there and the voucher explained well what I need to do. Good parking and good value for money. Thank you!

Not a good experience as after parking the car and flying to my destination I had an email saying the car had not been recognised on entry to car park.On my return the staff were not very helpful and I had to pay an extra €75,00 to exit the car park

Der Langzeitparkplatz des Flughafens Alicante ist in einem desolaten Zustand und mehr als 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Terminal entfernt. Nie wieder!!!!
