Chauffeur die ons naar het vliegveld bracht , die moet een ander beroep zoeken, erg onvriendelijk, kwam geen lach of vriendelijk woord van hem af liet ons extra 10 euro betalen, terwijl alles inbegrepen was in de prijs.. Gezegd dat wij alles betaald hadden. Als.wij niet betaalde kwamen wij niet de bus in. De chauffeur reed erg hard en wild. Onverantwoord om mensen zo te vervoeren. Nee nooit meer bij dit bedrijf

Scam!!! No car park at the location.

I paid 10€ extra to take me to the airport from the carpark. They are thieves. Don't you hire your carpark here because the shuttle guy said if you don't pay for the service which I paid before I will no take you to the airport. When I contacted the parkvia they said that is an external service. So at the end more expensive than hire a place in the airport.

Everything was ok... Except the fact that I was charged 10 euros instead of 5 (amount from my booking voucher) for airport tax... No receipt... Only the hallucinating explanation: the 5 euro tax was last month when you made the reservation.. New tax is 10...🤦🏻‍♂️

Liebe Leute, benutzt diesen Parkplatz auf keinen Fall. Er existiert nicht. Es gibt niemanden, den man kontaktieren kann. Es war schrecklich. Es gibt keinen Transport zum Flughafen. Niemand ist da. Niemand geht ans Telefon. Wir mussten für Hin- und Rückfahrt ein Taxi bezahlen. Und wir haben alles online bezahlt. Sie haben uns den Urlaub verdorben. Wir haben zwei Wochen lang überlegt, ob wir das Auto finden würden. Schrecklich. Ich kann es überhaupt nicht empfehlen

Au départ tout c'est bien passé. Au retour le point de rendez-vous avait changé nous avons été prévenus par mail du coup on a marché beaucoup. Le chauffeur a effectué plusieurs arrêts. Je ne recommande pas ce parking pour manque de communication.

Bonjour N avons pas trouvé votre parking ou si mais parking abandonné Avons du reprendre parking à l aéroport puisque personne ne réponse au téléphone

Je n'est pas reçu un email pour me dire que le parking initial n'était plus là je suis très déçu de l'organisation

Im Internet wird mit 24std. Öffnung geworben. Allerdings ist zwischen 0.00 Uhr und 4.00 in der Nacht geschlossen. Unser Flug ist verspätet gestartet, weshalb wir erst um 2.00 in der Nacht ankamen. Wir mussten 2 Std. Warten.

Nous sommes arrivé devant le parking et il y avait personne, aux appels et aux messages personne vous répond. Les voisins n’étaient pas du tout au courant. Beaucoup de stress car c’est une zone un peu éloigné de la route principale. Nous avons dû prendre un taxi aller- retour qui nous a coûté 60 euros . Nous avons presque raté l’avion car personne passait dans cette zone. A notre retour sur le parking de l’aéroport on nous a dit que le parking avait fait faillite. Pourquoi il n’y a pas aucune information pour éviter que les gens évite des situations désagréable avant leur voyage

Sind wirklich nette Leute freundlich und punktuell auch preis für eine Woche es günstig

Когда мы уже были в пути, нам поменяли адрес парковки. Гугл карта не находила его, нам пришлось спрашивать у людей. В тот день был сильный дождь и пока мы ждали трансфер до аэропорта мы промокли, потому что не было укрытия от дождя! Это не допустимо((( мы полностью промокли и наши вещи тоже((

As we have arrived, they sent another location, different from the one we have booked for. And after we had to pay an airport tax that was not stated in the beginning. But then, Charleroi airport charged my card once more, even though I paid the airport tax.i sent emails asking for an answer and nobody has answered me. I didn’t like the service.
