I musst wait 1,5h for my car!!

waited an hour to drop off car, hour and 15 minutes to get car back despite being ready at specified times. Also had bad communication with the dispatcher (he could have told us it would be a 75 minute wait for example, and we could have waited inside at a restaurant rather than on the curb)

The worst valet parking that I have ever used. They were extremely slow to pick up and to deliver the car. Even the delay was their fault, I had to pay for the over time in the short time parking at the airport. I used it twice, the first one, I had to wait for one hour and fourty minutes for my car and the second 40 minutes! Really terrible!

Damage sustained to my RHR alloy and tyre. Have reached on it for Resolution but as of yet no response Additionally tried to charge me extra as I arrived earlier than anticipated.

Leider kam der Fahrer am Tag der Abholung viel zu spät, so dass wir in große Schwierigkeiten kamen und fast den Flug nicht bekommen haben und dies, obwohl wir 40 Min. vor vereinbarter Zeit angerufen haben. Das Ticket für die Zeit, die überschritten wurde, mussten wir dann auch noch selber zahlen. Die Abholung erfolgte dann glücklicherweise nach Vereinbarung. Nächstes Mal lieber wieder Park&Ride.

Die Firma ist eine Katastrophe. Wir mussten am Flughafen für Abgabe unseres Fahrzeugs 40 Minuten warten bis jemand kam und bei Abholung 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten warten. Das ist eine Zumutung!!!!!

I concur with all negative reviews mentioned. Delayed drop off, pick up, and generally rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Chauffeurs avec 45 minutes de retard qui nous demandent de payer le surplus de parking dû a leur non professionnalisme. Nous avons dû les appeler une dizaine de fois avant de les voir arriver non chalands et inspirant peu confiance. Refusant de payer le surplus de parking car le retard était de leur faute, nous avons dû garer notre voiture au parking de frankfort au dernier moment. 200e non prévue. Un Mail de réclamation à été envoyé, pas de retour.

Du vol, des incompétents , service non assuré

Über eine Stunde Wartezeit bei der Rückkehr trotz mehrerer Anrufe, Fahrer sagt dann das Auto wäre nicht angesprungen und sie hätten etwas im Motor machen müssen. Ich bezweifle, dass sie tatsächlich etwas gemacht haben da das Auto neu ist; aber vom Prinzip geht das mir überhaupt gar nicht!

On drop off we waited by the car and were never greeted by the attendant. After 10 minutes we called and he had been near us the whole time but never approached us - he had our license plate and never made any attempt to look around, yet was not wearing anything that would identify him to us as being with the company. He then made us pay the parking despite us being there waiting for them. It then took an hour for them to meet us back at the airport with our car. Upon calling they stated 15 minutes, and did not call to tell us it would be longer. They handed us the keys and walked off without any acknowledgment or apology. I would not recommend this company.

a fortement déconseiller!!! le loueur a eu un retard de 1 h et nous a demandé 15 € en especes pour payer le dépose minute alors que la facture était liée à son retard !

A nightmare, no delay indicated on the reservation, , pretexts to say you're late, so if you have any issue on the road, better to go to airport parking, no driver available no solution, never use this company again.

Horrible experience. Waited and hour and 20 minutes from getting our luggage to car being dropped off, even though we arrived right at our reservation time. In addition, they drove all the way to the airport with our emergency break engaged.

We had initially put down incorrect drop off time and when we called 30 mins out we felt like we were getting told off for being late. On our return I couldn’t get a signal until we were outside the terminal and again a telling off for not calling earlier. We will not recommend or use this service again
