Frankfurt Valet Service

Fahrzeug war bei Rückgabe aussen komplett verschmutzt, Saharastaub ohne Regen, Baumharz auf dem Kfz, hat wohl unter einem Baum gestanden neben einer Baustelle. Würde Ich so nicht mehr buchen

Very good first experience. The staff for the departure and at the arrival was great and spoke english, was surprised! Great service! Thank you for the service! I recommend! Will use again this service!

We used Frankfurt Valet Service for the second time in April 2025. Our first experience had been smooth, which led us to book with them again despite their higher pricing compared to other providers offering the same service. Unfortunately, the second experience fell short of expectations. Although we followed the usual procedure—calling upon landing and again after collecting our luggage—we had to wait more than 40 minutes for our car to be returned. Our initial follow-up call went unanswered, and we received no callback. Only after a second attempt did someone respond and inform us that the driver had mistakenly picked up the wrong vehicle. To add to the frustration, we noticed that the car had significantly less fuel upon return, raising concerns about where and how it was stored during our trip. We weren’t given any explanation. This lack of reliability in both communication and handling convinced us not to use this service ever again. We will be trying a different provider next time.

très bonne prestation

expérience déplorable. le véhicule a été squatté pendant le dépôt . J'ai retrouvé des brosses a dents , du dentifrice, des lingettes et des bouteilles d'eau vide. Le siège passager n'était plus à sa position . le coffre a été fouillé. En plus j'ai attendu 25 minutes pour récupérer mon véhicule.

The parking service provider (Frankfurt Valet Service) came on time for pickup my car at the airport and they return the car with in 30 minutes after I called them, I am really impressed by their service, they returned the car in the same condition and it was driven only 2 KM and with the same fuel level. The check in and check out was very quick, the guys were very friendly.

Ich rate jedem ab diesen Service)hahaha' zu buchen. Ich habe am geplanten Treffpunkt zur geplanten Zeit gewartet aber niemand ist gekommen auch war die Hotline-Nr auch nicht mehr erreichbar und nach 11/2 Stunden Wartezeit musste ich kurzfristig mir einen teueren Parkplatz suchen. Finger weg von denen
