After pre-paying for my car to be parked, on my return I was told I had to pay an extra five euros to collect it as my flight was delayed by half an hour. I find this outrageous!

We had a horrible experience and dealt with an extremely incompetent person on pickup of the car. We had paid parkvia and the automatic gate would not open to allow us to ext. The person who returned our car simply disappeared and left us to sort the mess out ourselves
