Mal 2 horas esperando que me traigan el coche

Tardaron muchísimo en recogerlo y para la entrega dijeron 35m y tardaron 10 por lo cual tuve que pagar 4,50 para poder salir por lo demas bien aunque no es el mejor servicio que hay no lo recomiendo aunque es barato

Both the dropping off and collection was not good, Long waiting time and no answer from telephone. I prefer to drop car off at the office

Ce park est introuvable puisqu'il n'existe plus!!!! C'est du vol pur et simple! Et nous avons failli louper l'avion!!! De l'argent perdu et beaucoup de stress !

Very bad service. Needed to wait 90 minutes for my car.

Servicio nefasto. Tuvo que mediar la policía porque creía que me había robado el coche. Me hizo esperar dos horas y media. Perdió las llaves de mi coche. Me mareó diciendo que estaba en media hora, después doce minutos más, después que estaba ya de camino, todo mentira. Hasta que no se puso en contacto la policía con él, no apareció. No debería estar en ningún portal que permitiera reservar con la empresa Niso del Aeropuerto de Málaga. Detestable e impresentable.

Al tener el servicio de valet … tardaron mucho

I would never use Niso valet parking again. Took them 2 hours and cost us an additional 11 euros in parking fees for them to collect our car and took them over 2 hours to return it back to us. DO NOT USE Unless you want the stress of potentially missing your flight .

Nada recomendable. Mi coche se lo llevó la grúa del aeropuerto nada más dejárselo al conductor. Para la recogida tardaron más de una hora y cuarto en entregarme mi vehículo (en todas las llamadas que hacía preguntando por el coche me decían q llegaba en cinco minutos, pero no fue así). Reconocieron que mi coche se lo había llevado la grúa, al principio decían que ese mismo día de la recogida, pero al reclamar el ticket del depósito ponía que desde el principio. Muy decepcionada y disgustada con su servicio.

Impuntualidad en la entrega: 25 minutos de espera

Dropping off the car was ok BUT picking the car up was a nightmare I waited two hours for my car every time I rang they kept saying they were on their way. I was on my own so it was not nice, will not use this company again and will tell my friends to be carefull of which company they use. I have used meet and greet many times and this is the first time I have had any problems

The staff were good enough but time taken to answer phone after many failed attempts, find the car and return about 40 minutes is way too much, nearly gave up.

At drop off, Niso did not accept my calls. and after about 30 minutes another company's agent offered to take our keys and get Niso.to collect our car.The following day I phoned and I confirmed that Niso had the car. On the day of our return I sent a WhatsApp giving them our return flight details etc. which they acknowledged. At the airport I called them and they said they would bring our car in 15/20 minutes, they didn't and after a few similar phone calls we actually were able to leave the car park ,with our car,1.5 hours from our first phone call. NEVER AGAIN

En el servicio de entraga estuvimos una hora esperando. Y el coche llegó enterrado en tierra.
