Very nice customer service. All spoke good English which was really helpful. Communication when picking up the car was great, they were very helpful even when my flight was 5 hours late. Great service.

Il faudrait qu'il y ait un 2ème employé, car celle (aller) et celui (retour), ils font tout...tout seul. Ils sont tous sympathiques...ils font leurs maximum...mais ce serait mieux à 2

bjr J ai déposée ma voiture à 6h du mat le chauffeur était présent nous a emmener à l aéroport très sympa ,au retour c est une chauffeuse à l heure aussi très bien ,pour récupérée ma voiture très rapide elle n avait pas bouger de place .Si je repart je reprendrais se parking très correct personnels au top .

There were some communication difficulties as I don't speak French, only English and Spanish. We were also a bit worried as we arrived at 2am. But luckily everything went well! We arrived at the parking, a representative arrived 10 minutes later, we left the car and the representative took us to the airport. Upon our return 10 days later, the representative was waiting for us at the airport where he left us. Thank you very much for your work!

This worked like a dream. Royal Parking were easy to contact, responsive, met me at the airport to take the car and then were waiting fir me when I came back. The drivers were friendly and pleasant and made it easy. And left me a bottle of water for the drive back. Highly recommended.
