How to use the service:
Free shuttle bus:Drive directly to the car park and drop off your vehicle: The car park staff will drive you to your departure terminal. On your return, the car park staff will pick you up at the airport and drive you to the car park.
The car park offers a free key holding service. In times of high occupancy, it is essential to leave your car keys. The car park will look after them along with your vehicle.
The minibus service from Parking Barajas makes the following stops:
Barajas Terminal 1 - Transit Time: 5 minutes.
Barajas Terminal 2 - Transit time: 6/7 minutes.
Parking T4 Barajas - No shuttle service
Customers who want to go to Terminal 4 at the Barajas airport, they will be transferred to Terminal 1, where they would be able to take the free shuttles that AENA provides, with a frequency of 5 minutes.
The frequency of departures to the airport from Parking Barajas is on demand from customers with a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes. The transfer service from Barajas Parking to the terminals starts at 4:00 am uninterrupted. Collection service of the clients in the terminals for their transfer to the Parking Barajas is 24h.
It´s not allowed vehicles longer than 5 meters.

Lors de mon retour il fallait appeler un numéro qui est une messagerie à choix multiple en langue espagnole , ne maitrisant pas la langue espagnole je n'ai pas compris et personne est venu me récupérer au parking m obligeant à prendre un taxi !!! Il faudrait simplifier la prise en charge à l'aéroport et pensez aux nombreux touristes qui ne parlent pas et ne comprennent pas la langue espagnole. Je ne recommanderais pas ce parking à mon entourage

Un peu compliqué de se retrouver entre les différents terminaux de Barajas et les travaux. Conducteur de la navette pas agréable. Aucun mot ni bonjour ni au revoir!!

Pour déposer ma voiture ,tout s est bien passé. Une navette m a amenée rapidement au terminal 4. Mais pour le retour du terminal4,j ai téléphoné et je n ai eu qu un répondeur en espagnol rapide difficile à comprendre . Je suis allée attendre à l espace indique je crois mais pas de navette. Donc j ai du prendre un taxi pour aller au parking . Surcoût 32 euros ... fatiguée par le voyage et le decalage horaire et 2 degrés dehors ...j aurais préféré une communication directe plutôt qu un répondeur et une navette de façon certaine.
Lamentamos lo ocurrido, prestamos servicio en Español y la centralita virtual no habla rapido, es un ritmo pausado, la locucion le informaba que debia de pulsar 0 si ya estaba en la parada, hablaria con un operador para proceder a su recogida. Gracias
