Alot of construction around no clear indication as to where machines are to validate ticket took us over hour to exit carpark

We could not find the parking area ..... We had read the instructions, and studied the map (airport area) that was sent beforehand. So, we arrived in P1 (following the arrows on the map) and had to pay the parking fee upon return. So, it's not an experience that we like to share. We are familiar with Alicante Airport, so it's not that we had no idea where to go. We like to concept, but strongly recommend you to send the participants of your program where to go and what signs to follow.
I could not find the car park. i went round at least 4 times, and pulled up at every barrier, that did not let me through and caused a queue. I ended up parking in the wrong car park and being charged a further 60€ when I tried to leave. Frankly i wanted to make a formal complaint because it was not clear and even the parking attendant agreed with this.
Si quieres llegar andando al coche desde el aparcamiento de larga estancia desde la terminal, eso es realmente malo. Todo está acordonado, hay que cruzar una calle muy transitada y no es más que una gran obra en construcción. Muy descuidado y poco amigable con el cliente.
Der Ablauf völlig reibungslos. Einfahren. Tivket ziehen. 5 Min. später kommt schon die Nachricht, herzlich wilkommen per mail. Abholen Auto einsteigen, einfach Ticket ohne entwerzen ronschiebrn, fertig
Not clear that it’s not the main car park as it has the same name🤷♀️. My fault but parked in wrong place and had to pay an additional €385 on my return. Be very careful.

My booking was not registered on the system even tho my money had been taken and I received confirmation of booking. Unfortunately their paperwork wasn't complete. I cold not print out the forms due to internet problems caused by La Dana as we live in the Valencia Region. On exit we had to pay nearly double the charge to be able to leave in our car. I have applied for a refund by e mail to Customer Services, but at present I see by their WhatsApp number, which is for texts only, that they are away today and will be back tomorrow!!! I cannot find a legitimate telephone number on which to call them. I am not impressed by the service and will comment further when I get a response.
Didnt send me enough information so went into the normal carpark and whilst i was away they told me i hadnt registered the car? and they charged me a further 78€ when i arrived back at the airport
Entrance to long term car park not obvious so went in the normal parking by mistake. Very expensive mistake. My advance booking didn’t make it clear!!
