Leider verlief die Reise nicht nach Plan, aber noch bedauerlicher ist, dass Sie als Parkservice den Service nicht wie gewünscht erbracht haben. Ich bin am vereinbarten Tag auf den Parkplatz gefahren, konnte aber aufgrund einer Verspätung nicht abfliegen und verließ den Parkplatz noch am selben Tag. Als ich eine Woche später wieder verreisen wollte, konnte ich den Parkplatz nicht befahren, obwohl ich für drei Wochen bezahlt hatte. Ich musste das Auto woanders abstellen, und Sie haben drei Wochen berechnet, ohne den bezahlten Service zu erbringen. Ich hoffe, dass Sie solche Fehler in Zukunft vermeiden und das System verbessern.

Bei der Ausfahrt würde der Barcode leider nicht erkannt,aber ein kurzes Telefonat hat genügt ,um das Problem zu beheben.Danke ...
