Horrible experience. Waited and hour and 20 minutes from getting our luggage to car being dropped off, even though we arrived right at our reservation time. In addition, they drove all the way to the airport with our emergency break engaged.

We had initially put down incorrect drop off time and when we called 30 mins out we felt like we were getting told off for being late. On our return I couldn’t get a signal until we were outside the terminal and again a telling off for not calling earlier. We will not recommend or use this service again

The driver was slow to arrive. The car was covered with bird droppings upon pick up. The staff did not seem to speak English well, making it seem like the car would not be available after 2345 (11:45 p.m.) instead of explaining night differential for late arrival. He was rude.

Dropping off vehicle was perfect but the pickup was awful. I waited over an hour for my vehicle to arrive. I called when I landed and I called when I retrieved my luggage. Still waited over an hour after getting to the pick up point (A2 Departure)

On nous a donné un ticket défectueux pour sortir du dépose minute à l'aéroport, ça nous a causé des problèmes et 5€ de parking

Pour le retour aucun soucis. Mais alors pour l’allée je suis très énervé, nous avons faillit louper notre vol à cause du chauffeur qui est venu avec 1h de retard. Le pire c’est qu’il nous a fait payer 15€ de parking puisque la voiture était garée à l’aéroport 1h à l’attendre. Donc pour moi compagnie pas fiable je choisirai une autre.

Le chauffeur était en retard à l’aller et nous a donc demandé de payer le parking de l’aéroport car les minutes gratuites étaient écoulées de par son retard. Et au retour il était de nouveau en retard et nous avons dû l’attendre 30 min dans le froid

I used Diamond Valet and unfortunately had to wait one hour to retrieve my car. I have had better experiences in the past with this company, but this time was awful. I will not use them again.
