Park and Trip - Lisboa

La entrega del vehiculo fue en el aeropuerto por donde nos ibamos, pero creo que la recogida deberia ser en la llegada de aviones pues ibamos con las maletas y tuvimo que recorrer toda la terminal para ir al mismo sitio donde se lo entregamos, eso fue lo peor. Por lo demas todo perfecto, y el señor Alfonso muy amable, no tuvimos que pagar el ticket del parking.

long waiting time when picking up the car. the inside on the driver's side (steering wheel, seat,...) was very wet, not to say soaked, as if the window had been left open during rain

Great experience all round. Only small thing is I dont speak Portugese fluently so for the most part so having the relevant information ready and shareable so that you can relate it on the phone call is critical - you can also text but they prefer the call

Excellent, value friendly service. Easy to drop off and retrieve at T1 departures rideshare/valet short term lot. Will use again without hesitation.

Simple and straight forward. João only speaks Portuguese do us google translate and text message.👍🏼👍🏼

Estafa, no trajeron el coche al aeropuerto, tuve que buscar yo la base e ir a por el

La entrega del vehículo fue pésima, estuvimos más de una hora esperando a que nos dieran el coche. La compañia alegaba que había mucho tráfico, pero no tenían más que a una persona entregando coches. Un desastre total. No repetiré con ellos.

Exelente atenção dos motoristas, em especial Joao afonso.

La entrega perfecta, pero para la recogida me mintieron diciendo 10 minutos y tuve que esperar más de media hora.

Excellent service thank you again, if there is traffic be prepared to leave your house a little earlier as you will be going to arrivals.

The drop off experience was excellent. The driver was waiting for us at the airport. No problems. Pickup on the other hand was terrible. Due to one of the drivers having an accident (!!!) the company could not deliver the vehicle to us and instead offered to drive me to the car park to pick it up. This would be fine normally, but it took a long time and we were with our 1 year old baby so we were hoping for a smooth pick up experience.
