Impuntualidad en la entrega: 25 minutos de espera
Dropping off the car was ok BUT picking the car up was a nightmare I waited two hours for my car every time I rang they kept saying they were on their way. I was on my own so it was not nice, will not use this company again and will tell my friends to be carefull of which company they use. I have used meet and greet many times and this is the first time I have had any problems

The staff were good enough but time taken to answer phone after many failed attempts, find the car and return about 40 minutes is way too much, nearly gave up.
At drop off, Niso did not accept my calls. and after about 30 minutes another company's agent offered to take our keys and get Niso.to collect our car.The following day I phoned and I confirmed that Niso had the car. On the day of our return I sent a WhatsApp giving them our return flight details etc. which they acknowledged. At the airport I called them and they said they would bring our car in 15/20 minutes, they didn't and after a few similar phone calls we actually were able to leave the car park ,with our car,1.5 hours from our first phone call. NEVER AGAIN
En el servicio de entraga estuvimos una hora esperando. Y el coche llegó enterrado en tierra.
Upon drop off the driver took my key then a photo of the rear ( registration plate) & told me to leave the exit ticket in the car, he then went and got in another car & drove off & left me standing there. After 10 minutes I called him to ask if he was returning & do I need to sign paperwork ( on previous visits I’ve signed a form once a vehicle inspection has been done) he told me no need to sign you can leave, which seemed very strange. Upon return I had to wait 1 hour for my car - it took 5 phone calls, no one seemed to know where my car was, at one point they even questioned if i was telling them the correct make. When the driver eventually arrived with my car he got out & walked passed me & said ‘ you have 10 minutes to exit the car park’ no apology, no explanation, nothing - absolutely terrible service on both drop off & pick up , I will not be using them again.
The company I used did not turn up and I had to use a different parking company. I called them constantly and sent messages but the did not pick up or respond! They took my payment and I received no service!
No recomendable me tuvieron más de una hora esperando el mi coche atención al cliente pésima
Tuvimos que entregar la llave a otra empresa porque no estaban para recoger el coche y a la vuelta tuvimos que esperar una hora para que me lo trajesen. Tenía el modo aparcacoches activo y mi teléfono me indica por dónde está el vehículo, me aseguraban que venía de camino y aún no lo habían arrancado.
Muy agradable el personal que me recogió el vehículo y me lo entregó
We called the company as instructed upon arrival but no response. after trying for 30 minutes to have the car collected, we paid to leave the express car park, and paid again at the long stay car park. I've used other valet parking at AGP in the past without issue but from this experience, I would urge you to avoid NISO PARK.
In the morning when I needed to leave it, there phone just didn't work!!! So I left the car with the key on the wheel and then finally they answer after 1 hour. When I came back I was waiting for the guy for 1,5 hour. Terrible service, never again
After pre-paying for my car to be parked, on my return I was told I had to pay an extra five euros to collect it as my flight was delayed by half an hour. I find this outrageous!
En la recogida estuve esperando más de una hora. Y no me contestaban el tf. No volveré a contratar más con ellos.
