Después de recibir un mail como que mi coche no había sido detectado y hablar con la persona en la recepción del parking me facilito el mail aenaaparcamiento@aena.es imposible de enviar un mail por realizar reclamación.

There was insufficient information from you on how to find the correct car park. The GPS coordinates dropped us in a busy street not in the car park. We went to the wrong car park but the people in the office told us to move to P4. This information was not in the documents supplied. Once we were in the correct car park, the rest of our experience was good.

No estoy contento, en primer lugar, el enlace para llegar al estacionamiento que está en la confirmación de la reserva es completamente incorrecto, además ni siquiera indica que hay que ir al estacionamiento 4. A la vuelta, aunque había reservado hasta las 00:30 y eran sólo las 00:36, tuve que pagar 13 euros más, lo cual me parece un poco caro para seis minutos más!!
