First class parking valet was amazing !! Highly recommend them over their competitors!

Pick up was a major hassle. Flight was delayed and it was like it was the first time this had ever happened. I was called 5 times when still on plane (waiting to disembark), while I was in passport control and waiting for bags. The process is that I call when in baggage claim. Was annoying after travelling a long time.

The booking was completed over the Parkvia portal. As customer I received the booking confirmation and payment receipt HOWEVER when I contacted the driver cell nr provided in booking 30 minutes prior, the driver nor the parking operator had the record of my booking. This caused EXTREME stress and worry about sufficient time to drop-off luggage and go through security. Through working with the parking operator/dispatcher I eventually got to the gate BARELY in time with flight boarding already in-progress. I booked the valet times with 25-30 minutes flexibility. The parking operator/dispatch was great however I had to stop driving in traffic three times to take pictures and provide information. In my 25 years traveling and using valet services I have never had this experience with using the various N ote that the return drop off off vehicle was as expected.
