We got 20e penalty for late arrival with a car. Waiting for dropping and picking about 30-40 minutes.

I made my reservation and paid for it. Then on my way to the airport called 30min prior and the vendor just said "we are closed today" and hung up. Then I tried to call back and they would not answer my call. Although it was new years day in the middle of the day they accepted my payment and reservation. Now I cannot get a reply to my email attempts to get a refund. Totally unacceptable to be left high and dry on our way to the airport. Do not trust this vendor.

Très bien pour le rdv d'entrée. Par contre pas clair pour la sortie et pas précis pour l'heure de rdv. Manque un rapport précis avec photos par mail de l'état des lieux. Relationnel tres insatisfaisant avec la personne au retour pour l'horaire du rdv.

When we contacted Prime Parking Valet on our way to drop off our car, we were informed our reservation had been cancelled. There was no notification of cancelation between reservation (14 Nov) and date of service (26 Dec). We were forced to find other parking arrangements at the last minute - as we arrived at the airport. I have also been charged (at date of reservation) and not refunded. Very bad experience with Prime Parking Valet.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Ich habe schon einige Male den Valet-Parkservice bei Parkvia gebucht, ist immer alles gut gelaufen. Nur dieses Mal gab es ein Problem bei der Anreise: Ich habe eine halbe Stunde vor meiner Ankunft angerufen, ich war 18 Minuten früher als geplant (sowas kann ja passieren...). Man sagte mir, das es zu früh ist und ich bitte erst später kommen soll. Das fand ich ziemlich unmöglich! Ich war bereits 30 Minuten vor Frankfurt auf der Autobahn...wo soll ich jetzt hin und die 18 Minuten Zeit tot schlagen? Ich will schließlich schnellstmöglich zum Flughafen und einchecken. Man sagte mir, ich solle doch irgendwo an der Tankstelle einen Kaffee trinken gehen! Hallo, ich bin nicht zum Kaffee-trinken hier sondern will zu meinem Abflug. Ich bin dann extra "langsam" gefahren aber das ganze hat bei mir doch einen etwas unschönen Eindruck hinterlassen.
