Wenn man bei der Tiefgarage angekommen ist, muss man die Kontaktperson anrufen. Der Fahrer öffnet dann die Garage und weist einen Parkplatz zu. Das war in der Beschreibung nicht so gut beschrieben.

Wir haben unter derselben Name zwei Parkplätze gebucht. Die zwei Autos am selben Tag parkiert aber an unterschiedlichen Tagen abgeholt. Das war beim Buchung eigentlich klar, hat es aber die Mitarbeiter durcheinander gebracht. Sie haben uns sogar während unserem Ferien telefonisch kontaktiert, was ich bis heute nicht genau warum. Beim Fahrzeug Abholung hat uns der Fahrer zu einem anderen Parkplatz gebracht, nicht dorthin wo unseren Auto parkiert wurde. Sie waren aber pünktlich und sehr freundlich.
