Very helpful staff

As I left the car park I inadvertently left the premises without paying, I was expecting a ticket barrier which wasn't possible. Immediately I returned to the car park to pay, was charged three pounds for ten minutes with no facility to pay the original overnight stop. Having contacted by email the Head office to request and arrange payment they inform me I have to go back to Birmingham and input information into the ticket machine at the car park.. I am now back in Spain. I have been told they can't take a payment any other way?? I will now receive a fine which will go to the car hire company which will also incur a charge! Obviously very disappointed and dissatisfied. Would welcome some kind of response. Mark Bailey

Al llegar a casa me di cuenta que me habían quitado los tapones de aluminio de las ruedas y puedo asegurar que fue alli porque las infle antes del viaje y para recogerme del aeropuerto tardaron más de 30 minutos en ir a buscarme

Me siento estafada pues a la hora de la reserva se indica hora de llegada y salida y te cobran un precio. Pues como dejes el coche entre las 00.00 y las 6.00 te cobran 5 euros por nocturnidad. Por lo que en mi caso tuvd que pagar 10 euros al conductor que te lleva al aeropurt6

Park &Go always excellent service

I booked by Parkvia, but ultimately it’s the company you book with from there that makes the difference!! I used Park and Go Malaga. I Have used them 4 times now and perfect services every time. Csnt rate the highly enough 👏👏👏👏

Al llegar al parking de la ubicación y esperar a que llegara el conductor, tuvimos que movernos a otro porque no había plazas libres para aparcar. El camino al aeropuerto fue muy desagradable porque el conductor del parking iba súper rápido, por una carretera en mal estado y curvas. El camino de vuelta no fue mejor. No lo recomiendo
