Used this company before and the service is always efficient.

I would not recommend Park and Go malaga at all. When we arrived at the car park, there was no one at the office and there were no clear instructions as to what we were supposed to do with the car. We had to wait for someone to arrive by which point a number of customers were doing the same. They then informed us that we had to all get in our cars again and follow them to a separate car park. Despite arriving first, the lack of organisation meant that we were not placed on the first shuttle and had to wait for the next one. On their website, they claimed that they spoke English but when I spoke to them in English they didn't even make an attempt to communicate in English. It was a horrible experience and caused unnecessary stress and delays which is the last thing you need when flying.

Todo fue bien. No tuve que esperar casi nada para llegar y ser recogida del aeropuerto. Volvería a repetir

Los accesos necesitan mejoras

Todo el proceso fue rápido, tanto entrega como recogida del vehículo. Buen servicio.

Dépôt : le parking était complet, nous avons dû patienter et changer de parking Retour : plus de 10 tentatives téléphoniques sans succès. Plus de 40 minutes d'attente avant de trouver 'par hasard' une navette qui nous a finalement déposer à la voiture.

Alles super, gerne wieder

Personal simpatico y listo para ayudar. Pero de momento que pedís 5€ extra yo me espero un servicio extra! Cosa que no pasó, casi perdía el vuelo porque el chaval estaba trabajando solo y estaba mucha gente esperando (a mi tocó esperar 30mins antes de ir al aeropuerto) repito si cobráis 5€ de servicio extra meter más personal y empezar a dar un servicio extra. Gracias
