I received a voucher with a google maps location for navigation. I clicked on it and drove to the location. Arriving there was nothing, it was far away from the airport. I subsequently called the telephone number on the voucher. It was a disconnected non existing number. I ended up having to park my car at short term parking which ended up costing me 172 euros for that week. It was incredibly unproffessional and I recommend people stay away from this company!

No pude encontrar el estacionamiento, la dirección dada terminó en una calle sin ninguna señal de estacionamiento. No hay forma de llamar, tuve que usar el estacionamiento normal ya que no tuve tiempo suficiente para llegar a tomar mi vuelo. ¡Esto fue una estafa!

A total joke was impossible to get to the location as the roads were closed I wasted 1 hour 30 minutes trying to reach the location I had to go directly to the airport or I would miss my flight I paid €240 to park at the airport 😡 the company should have warned about the road situation also the directions they sent were not good enough if you do not know the area please do not use these people I recommend you search a better company I am so dissatisfied and disappointed
