Parking Larga Estancia AENA Valencia Airport T1

Cuando haces la reserva , vosotros indicáis que es la terminal 1 ,que sucede ? Que si no conoces el aeropuerto nada más llegas la terminal 1 está enfrente de la entrada y no es hay donde tienes que aparcar ( yo me engañe ) porque tienes que aparcar en P4 ( parking de larga estancia) y eso deberíais de especificarlo) porque resulta muy confuso cuando llegas al aeropuerto y no conoces el lugar . Por lo demás todo correcto .

Arrived at car park and charged a second time for my stay when putting in my parking ticket. Not happy

We made a mistake, the navigation system sent us to P1 and we parked there on level 2, there were not many cars. In the evening we received a message about the wrong place and we called ParkVia. The lady gold us that we were not registratid on the reserved parking place. She advised to go to the parking office when we came back, so we did. We had already payed €36,99 for the parking at the reservation, and we had to pay now the complete amount of €120 for the 5 days…. The €40 were deducted from the amount, we had to pay €80. That disappointed us, it was a punishment for an unintentional mistake. ☹️

No fue posible salir. Sólo después de contactar con el servicio. Estaba mal indicado donde estaba el servicio.

I always use Parkvia as we travel regularly and Parkvia are always reliable. We never book via Aena, who are utterly incompetent in every area.

Not suitable for people travelling alone, particulary with luggage or disabiity.

Excepto la salida que no me leía el toket y tuve q llamar por el telefonillo al personal que me atendieron amablemente y solucionaron mi problema en un minuto el resto de la estancia estuvo genial . Se cumplieron las expectativas m.

This is the second time I have booked this car park and we could not fond the entrance, we asked 2 different people showed them the details on the paper we printed they didn’t know , we followed the link on google map which was on the booking and that was in correct , this cost us an extra 123 euros as we had to park in the main car park , we arrived early knowing I couldn’t find it last time. You need to give better instructions on where to go to the entrance, very bad service

I will never use this company again, they take your money upfront,then don't supply a pin number so when you come to take your car out your ticket is not valid and they make you pay again at top rated. DONOT USE.....

The paperwork didn´t tell us to look for a long stay area with a yellow sign.

Realmente decepcionado, estacioné en 1 estacionamiento y me dijeron que era el incorrecto, moví mi auto y a mi regreso me informaron que tenía que pagar el monto total ya que había estacionado en el lugar incorrecto.

Our ticket did not work to let us out of the car park, there is no one around. Had to try phoning and eventually got through to someone who printed a new ticket via the machine. Bad experience and delay after a long day of travelling
