Airport transfer (there and back) is included in the price for up to 4 passengers. For 5-8 passengers there is an extra charge of 28,00 EUR which is automatically added at checkout when you select the number of passengers. Please note that transfers for more than 8 passengers cannot be provided. We recommend bringing additional passengers to the airport before you make your way to the car park.
Child seats, bulky luggage as well as additional luggage are available on request and for an additional charge. For more information, contact the parking provider.
Detailed information about your arrival at the car park and the airport transfer will be sent to you by email one day before your arrival.

Машина на автостоянке была 1 неделю. За это время в Вене выпал снег. На автостоянке снег не убирался и пртшлось добираться до машины по сугробам. Дорожки к машинам не были убраны.

Hello, the standard email with informatiin about the entry code to the car park and with the information about the taxi transfer should be much more clear.. ALL the important info should be clearly and in bold letters written in the email text, not just in a number of attachments. I recommend to have in the email text the entry code (in bold writtig!) and info about the pick up and collect transfer and about the QR code,, also in bold or colour letters. It would also be practical to say on the email that the customers should always check with the taxi that the names match. I've had problem finding the entry code in an attachment the firts time l went to Hein parking. Also had problem with getting in a wrong taxi.. Thank you for considerating this Best regards Danai
The information about the existence of a code to open the gate should be very clear and in bold letters also in the email text, not only in the email attachments. If a staff calls beforehand, they could also inform the customer that they will need a code to open the gate and where to find it. Thank you.
