My reservation did not reach the QR code stage. The payment was deducted from my account, unfortunately I do not have a QR code and the help link will respond within 3 days (maybe). Communication in case of problems is very limited and not timely.

Hello, we had problems there. With: • when I order parking with Meet & Greet – I understood it to mean that there is an attendant at the parking lot who takes over and hands over the car key. Did I understand it wrong? • another thing that happened to us – we had paid for parking (see attachment), but my colleague's plane was delayed, so he had to pay extra. But he did not pay for the extra hour, which was the full-day parking fee. I would like to solve this. So here we have paid 2x full-day parking fees for 1 car.

QR code did not work. Finally I had to pay 2nd time. It means I will never use PARVia again.
