The staff at the parking was very very rude. When we arrived he was already fighting with a customer. He told us to handover the key to which we told him that we have selected a service where we will get a covered parking and can keep our keys. After this he started shouting on us and didnt agree to give us receipt without which we cant take our car. He kept on shouting on us for 10 20 mins and was not ready to listen to us. After so many requests he then gave us the receipt but only provided us a parking which was not covered completely. It was a horrible experience for me and my family after paying approx 75 euros for 4 days parking.

So my experiance was very bad. The google brought me to the entrance of the garage but the entrance was closed and it was a sign like cause of working. So I went arround building to the other entrance (I thought it is the same garage - my mistake). Next day I came to get the car and I wanted to go thrue the garage but one men started to shout to me where I go. I did not now how is the sistem there. I was trying to explane this men where is my car and that the entrance of his garage was closed thats way I went on other entrance cause I was sure it was the same garage and nobody was there to ask. So at the end I had to pay in the other garage the parking to and this men did not explane me why the entrance of his garage was closed and he was very unfriendly to me. Super experiance
