Hello, first of all when I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes for him to take my car in charge once I arrived, I had to pay another five euros for the parking ticket. The valet was pressuring me to get my luggage down quickly so he could leave knowing that I had a baby with me on the way back we waited 45 minutes for him to bring the car back to us within 45 minutes, we called him several times saying that we have a baby with us, the person hung up on us several times and told us to wait. Honestly I recommend it to anyone because your car further away, and take a shuttle, it will cost you less, and you will have less pressure.

L adresse donnée n est pas la bonne , nous avons téléphoner et la personne pas sympathique du tout et ne parle que l allemand , juste un petit peut anglais . la il nous a donner la bonne adresse .

Il est dommage de ne pas avoir une personne qui parle le français. La personne pour le départ était sympathique et j'ai reçu un WhatsApp avec les informations claires quelques heures avant l'arrivée. Il aurait été plus facile de recevoir ces informations un jour avant car je ne savais pas où me rendre exactement dans l'aéroport. Pour le retour, la personne a été grossière, m'a dit que la prochaine fois je pouvais prendre un autre service de réservation car j'ai demandé des informations complémentaires pour retrouver l'endroit où se trouvait mon véhicule. Elle est sortie du véhicule et m'a dit que tout était dans la voiture. Je lui parlais et la personne a quitté le véhicule sans même se retourner.

N'étant jamais venue à l'aéroport de Cologne, c'était un peu compliqué :-) peut-être que un sms en plus pour confirmer le lieu de dépose et reprise. Ma connexion était mauvaise, ouf le sms a sauvé :-) Sinon, service nickel! sympa, mais mieux vaut comprendre l'anglais :-) celui qui ne le parle pas devrait communiquer que par SMS ou What's App.

Dear team, I have had an horrific experience last night. My booking ref: PC81198979. Mr Langridge VRN EU67 LXT. I arrived back at Koln airport and rang valet company to drop car back. They said they would. They then Called back and said their driver had two flat tyres on car. They then sent a shuttle bus and dropped me and my wife off n the side of a random road in Koln Germany where my car was parked up a curb with flat tyres. They left us there. I then had to arrange recovery through my insurance. Car now in a garage to have tyres replaced. This is not the service I paid for. Can you help please.
