JetPark Aeroporto Lisboa - Valet Parking

Service as advertised. Used the valet parking option a d it worked on time and the car was returned in good condition. It was already dusty outside so didn't matter to me if it was outdoor parking. I would use in future trips when needed.

Greeting at airport on return was not as expected- it was not explained clearly that the car did not go to airport to greet as was expected but that we were taken by bus to depot. This is not explained on the website and therefore it was misleading.

I booked the valet service. Drop off was perfect, pick up was not good at all so it's difficult to fill in the form above.

Pedi em valet parking e correu perfeitamente bem! Liguei chegada e ate pude entregar o carro mais cedo! Muito prestaveis!

I made the reservation nothing a very early flight time. When I called to let them know I was nearby, I was told they were closed. I advised of my reservation and they said they could only meet me at a bus stop at the airport, not at the kiss and fly lot where I normally drop my car for valet arranged through your service. When i returned from my trip, I called for my car. I was told I must again meet at the bus stop. I saw my car arrive, but the driver would not come to the bus stop. I walked to the car and asked why he wouldn’t come to the bus stop I was told it was because it was. Not a legal place to stop die to police presence nearby. I will never use Jet Park again for these reasons and I would like a full refund for what I consider bad practices. Please advise and thank you.
