The service area for dropping off / picking up is completely inadequate for the level of passenger traffic now using the airport. We had a delay of about 30 minutes waiting for our car to be returned

Collection telephone contact person did not speak English. On arrival they did not have my booked details on-line

Empfehlung, Bitte wenn das Fahrzeug langer geparkt wird auch mal nach der Batterie schauen oder ab und zu mal Starten oder die Batterie nachladen. alles war sehr gut, aber bei 4 Monaten sollten Sie mal schauen. Besten Dank.

Takes too long to get car returned nobody ever answers phone. 40 minutes this time over 1 hour last time simply not good enough.

Car didnt leave the parking area for 20 minutes after I phoned and another 20 to arrive at the airport, normally much quicker than that, but very clean inside and out. Will continue to use this service.
