Hice una reserva para parking cubierto y cuando llegué el parking no lo era. Me dijeron que tenía que pagar 30€ más para dejarlo en un parking cubierto. Además, en ningún momento me especificaba que tenía que entregar las llaves del coche (cosa que no me gusta y lo trato de evitar siempre por el trato que le dan a los coches) y me obligaron a hacerlo sin darme más alternativa. La verdad que no será barato pero no lo recomiendo.

Our last two occasions when we left the car, we asked for it to be washed (a service that they offer). Both times, they did not. No idea what's happening, they used to be so "on top of it" - hoping it was just a glitch.

On dropping the car off a video was made of the condition of our car. On collection, there were sereral chips and a scratch on the paintwork. This was noticed immediately and brought to the attention of the employee of Parking Terminal 1. They took photos of the damage and I sopke to the office directlt on the phone and said they would not accept the complaint on person and I had to complain by email. This I did on 27 March and their response same day was 'It was minor damage and due to the vehicle being dirly/wet or because of light reflections went unnoticed during check in. I wrote back and explained it was a brand new, clean,dry car without any damage. I asked them to compare the photographs to which they did not respond after several requests. I strongly recommend you use a different car park!
