How to use the service:

On Arrival

  1. Be present on the day of departure 10 minutes before the time you have indicated during your booking.
  2. Enter or call the car park using the number provided in your booking confirmation.
  3. Make your way to the car park reception and provide the staff with your booking details.
  4. The car park staff will collect your vehicle and park it.
  5. The car park driver will drop you off at the airport in 5 minutes on average.

On Return

  1. Call the car park using the number provided in the return SMS when you go to retrieve your luggage.
  2. Exit the terminal through the central gate and the free GLOBOPARKING minibus will be waiting for you in front of the terminal.

Important:

You are required to leave your car keys with the car park whilst you are away.

You are advised to arrive at the car park at least 2 hours before the end of the luggage check-in.

Maximum size of vehicles: 5 m

I amended my booking through your website obviously this was not passed on to global parking no one there to meet us at the airport had to take a taxi to global parking only to find that it was closed then had to check in to a hotel for the night that was 35 + 70€ taxi and hotel managed to contact global parking who picked us up at the hotel in the morning I require reimbursement for this night mare
