First time we used this parking and it was great no hassle everything went as explained in the booking procedure. Certainly use this Company again.

Trying to find the person who was supposed to meet me, Your email was not very clear, So when I arrived at the airport there was no one to meet me as I didn't find the rest of the email with the phone number to ring, I even asked the Police if they knew how to contact you, In the end I parked in the car park and came back to a Bill of €68, I would like a refund of the Bill I paid or the money that I paid you back, Not a very good experience with your company. I don't know how anyone else has failed with your company, Maybe put your contact number at the beginning of your emails. Not a happy customer, Put a downer on the beginning of my trip. Very stressful.
